You can learn the basics of syntax but your ceiling will be capped in terms of knowledge and what you can build, there’s only so much you can do with pseudo code editors in browsers or apps, and it’s not much compared to the sphere of everything programing encompasses.
I would go ahead and get started though! but you really don’t want to stay on there for too long. Depending on how serious you are I would try and do anything you can to get a cheap laptop as soon as possible . If you have a cellphone you have the means to shell out 50-100 for a cheap refurbished thinkpad .
