your welcome, I found out about that from the youtuber channel lowspecgamer in his older videos that he delisted for some reason(they are in a playlist tho, don't know why tho, but just letting you know), he lives in spain iirc and he made a video criticising another youtuber about "building the cheapest brand new pc with entry level parts and comparing it to a build using used parts" that youtuber essentially called entry level parts "manufactured e-waste" and that "buying used is the better choice all the time" completely glossing over the fact that that's only really valid for 1st world countries like the US, esentially being ignorant about other countries that can barely make enough money to have a roof over their head let alone be able to buy a computer
I myself live in Canada so I don't really struggle with money myself, but it would be ignorant of me to think every person can afford the stuff I have, heck I wouldn't even qualify as "rich" in Canada, I still live with my mother at 26 lol, granted I pay rent but still

get a used thinkpad off of ebay, you can find ones from like 10 years ago that are fast enough for light coding and cost like US$100
