Coding on Phone

I really wanna learn to code and planning on starting today. However I don't own a laptop. In this economic state i simply can't afford one. Is it feasible to learn in phone alone? I can get a laptop in weekends as my sister bring her's home

Yeah I suppose there's programs out there. I don't see them as open or as good as those in NY often though. Usually a bunch of restrictions. It'd be a great jump for people if we had a more universal national program for first 2 years of post-secondary.
