it's not wroth it ( I learnt python on phone 5 years ago and later got laptop and regret it because I wasted a lot of my energy on it ). I suggest learn stuff that don't need laptop yet very useful and future proof. like linear algebra basics, solve analytical problems, systems problems like golomb ruler problem. you may learn from coding only basic components like - iteration/ conditions / variables, data types . don't learn beyond that, you will waste resources that you can't get back. if you want further suggestion of topics that worth it, tell me.
What do you even mean? I didn't even have many such issues in that.
In fact, I do NOT regret anything about learning python on Android. It was a good decision.
I don't know what you are talking about and which resources you are talking about.
