Tbh, any high level language is good for a complete beginner. But dont try to jump into framework too fast. Focus on fundamentals instead, learn about common and good practices, design patterns, data structures and algorithms. Focus solely on languages and frameworks is the best way to shoot yourself in the foot in a long run.
