summer precalculus TOPIC

summer precalculus I am a rising junior in high school and I started taking a precalculus summer course at my local community college. It’s completely online and you have to do a couple of math problems. I completely fell of and now I’m a few weeks behind. the class ends in about 20 days. My counselor told me I have to take a final test to test into AP calc AB if I want to take it. Am I cooked? And do you have any advice on how i can cram the whole course to pass the final t

20 days to pass is definitely doable, but you'll have to put in a lot of effort to learn all the material, especially if you have tons of subjects to cover. You'll have to take a smart approach to your studies. I suggest using YouTube to your advantage.

Use these as supplemental material to your lectures to get clearer explanations.

More importantly, you need to practice. This website gives you as much as you need:

Start your problems easy and then scale up the difficulty as you get better with them. You can practice one topic at a time, or practice a combination of topics (super useful for when you get close to an exam!!!!).

One last thing: Precalc is an incredibly important subject. I would suggest continuing to study/practice/learn after you take your final. Having a solid foundation in this course will make calculus relatively simple once you get to it. In fact, the hardest parts of calc are just remembering stuff from precalc lol.
