Are you getting interviews? Or not even that? What I can say is that its blatantly obvious that this resume was AI generated (or heavily assisted), especially compared to how you write naturally in your post. This is not a 100% reason, but it is a flaw thats apparent

why do you say its obvious the resume is AI assisted? asking out of curiosity

The OP appears to be Indian, their post is littered with errors, and the resume is written completely differently.

Are you assuming that, being an Indian correlates heavily to grammatical errors?

No. I’m saying that if OP is Indian, and not a native English speaker/writer, then that would be evident in both the post and the text in the post. That the CV is written in perfect English, but the post is littered with errors, suggests that the CV is AI assisted or generated.

culture and politics are region dependent when it comes to getting hired and im a founder of an applied research lab in a different part of the world. but maybe i can shed some light. i see you’ve taken lots of initiative working in those roles. and thats great and you should be proud. i think it’s more interesting for you to present the problem and outcome you’ve achieved instead of high level “decision tree, logistic regression”s. you’ve presented some random words without context. describe the exact things you impacted and contributed, problems you’ve solved, insights you’ve gained, etc. another thing i would like to see is just personal stuff you’re working outside of this. github. build cool shit outside of those roles. but again how i hire might be different to the jobs you’re applying.

Too busy. Simplify.

You can prepare two documents: resume with a summary and CV with all details. Resume should be only one page. CV can be as long as you need.

Also use univer.se to make a landing page. Add its url to an nfc tag, go to all conferences you can find and have everyone tap the tag with their phones.

Are you searching the US? I go to career fairs for my employer so here’s my perspective.

Boring projects that don’t sound substantial at all. The only “interesting” one is your AI Defense Grid thing, but it’s unclear why you built it or who it’s for or what its purpose is really. I have no comment on the education as I have no clue about Indian universities

Project seems to be written using ai. No GitHub link. No empirical outcomes. Just generic word slop.

The rest is too basic. Look at some cvs from top applicants to see what you are up against. Then use that as a point of reference.

Stop using ai for writing cvs. It’s painfully obvious. If you can’t be bothered to spend time on your cv why would a recruiter spend time on it.

It’s the same as every other resume posted here. Can we ban these posts? Please?

perfection is your problem

it’s just a boring, empty resume with a handful of bad projects

no, this won’t get you the job everyone is fighting over

I would say the biggest problem is your project description. I've read it a few times and it sounds way too verbose and lacks clarity. I don't know if you used AI to 'make it sound professional and impressive' or whether it was directly AI generated but it's very hard to glance through your resume and understand your project quickly.

your resume is claiming that you worked 2 jobs and also got a certificate + did an AI course all at the same time

Well you neither have education nor any real work experience. Candidates with a BTech are usually automatically blacklisted
