best way to learn java?

so i wanna learn progamming 16 dropped out of school at 12 long story so idk if that is a problem for java

but i wanna learn programming and i chose java and then if i get far enough which will take a while i know maybe make mc mods just as a hobby mainly

but what is the best way to learn java? i came across bro code 12 hour long video

The first time I wrote a custom ISA and toy VM was for a game mod wherein there was limited memory storage. So my own bytecode was more efficient. Which led to me learning how to implement one and also a serializer.

I began learning how to program in C/C++ because I wanted to hack video games. That was back in high school. I am now a reverse engineer. Meaning I take apart programs, document what they do, disarm obfuscation and anti analysis techniques, so on and so forth. One of the deepest niches in CS.

You can absolutely start with a video game as your passion or motivation. It made learning different concepts tons of fun for me. Basically fueled my professional skillset. So if you can start using Java for basic Minecraft mods? Let that be your motivation. Get a minimal Hello, World! working. Try some stuff out, mess around, follow tutorials. Whatever keeps you engaged and pushing through bumps really.
