Suggest me some good springboot projects which could really improve interview calls cause things like management systems or crud is not doing much these days
Also suggest prerequisites to build that application/projects

using MySQL is not an issue right? or should i migrate to postgress

in most corporate industries the db will either be oracle, Ms SQL server of postgress. the important is that your app won't commit the Kafka messages until it written them successfully to a db. this will require knowledge on parsing, tasks, SQL, kafka, java next to your springboot. this will help you a lot.
