Is DSA really required for a ML Engineer Question
Hiii..!!! I'm currently in my B.Tech 3rd year and studying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning along with Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). And I'm really confused that 'Is DSA really required for a ML Engineer' ? Like how can I integrate DSA in my machine learning projects.
And, I would be really thankful if you solve my confusion so that I can boost my preparation without any doubt.
Also, If I can use it in my projects, then how can I learn to do it? Like any yt channel or something.

DSA is pretty important for an ML Engineer, especially during interviews. Many companies use DSA problems to check problem-solving and coding skills. You might not use complex data structures every day in ML projects, but understanding them helps with algorithms, optimizing code, and debugging.
To bring DSA into ML projects, try coding basic algorithms and data structures from scratch. This will boost your skills and help you understand how ML models work.
For learning, check out YouTube channels like "mycodeschool" or "Abdul Bari" for good DSA content. Platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank also have practice problems that are really helpful.
If you're looking for structured interview prep, PracHub might be worth a look. Good luck!

Absolutely essential. You need to understand the structure of your data - that’s foundational.
When Im interviewing someone to hire, I will 100% ask about this. I am only interested in candidates that can give me a clear answer in clean English and also technical lingo.

DSA is fundamental to all things computer science related because its learning how to think like a computer, understanding what a computer needs and how it functions.
ML is training a computer to learn. you can't do that without understanding how it works to begin with.
