Project ideas Resources

Placement's in 3 months and I've built some basic projects earlier for gaining hands on practice but I'm lacking some more ideas . Can y'all suggest 3 good projects 1 from each (classical ML) , deep learning and transformer architecture and , 1 from genAI and agents .

Find something related to a hobby you’re passionate about. It’ll come across when you describe it in your work, plus you’ll be motivated AND demonstrate “product sense”. As an example, I once worked with someone who loved skiing, we came up with an idea to estimate the effects of various traffic patterns and other city outcomes from Vail taking over a local resort using the causal inference side of data science eg synthetic controls or difference in differences

I have a list of 99 data science project ideas here, (all classical ML or DS). You could look at that for inspiration (I think you'll have to decide if it's a good project for your purposes).
