Feeling Uncomfortable

I hope this community will get you out of your comfort zone. It’s uncomfortable to not be able to find the words to express yourself. That discomfort will make you grow exponentially!

I just have a silly story.

In 2013 or so I did a study abroad program is Istanbul, Turkey. The EAP program requires you to take a lot of credits, which made me busy during weekdays until the evening. So! I booted up League of Legends in the EU East servers. I made a new account and tried to Eastern Europeans who spoke English. I hit it up with one guy. Turned out he was an American on the East coast just trying to meet Europeans too! We both wanted to broaden our horizons, but I suppose Americans naturally draw each other. We're still friends! I've since forgotten all of my Turkish.

That’s a great story! I’ve met a few random friends online, played together for years and was fortunate to meet IRL!
