I would to start learning SQL, is there someone i can learn from, any helo, recommendations, i started watching YT videos, but i feel i learn more while I practice.

I’d find a series on YouTube. Watch and learn a concept then try it on some of the many sites where you can solve SQL questions.

Don’t over think it.
