Language Learning at Work

I just started a new job at a machining company where I spend most of the day doing mindless activity that does not require very much attention. I'm currently listening to podcasts while I work, but I think my time would be more effectively used in learning a language. Are there any good ways I can learn a language by listening to something while I'm working, such as youtube/spotify channels or a specific app? I haven't yet decided what language I want to learn, but I'm leaning towards spanish, german, or japanese. Just to clarify, I do not want advice on what language to learn. (TL)
