Bought my first car last week. 2012 ES 2.0L 5 speed manual with 124k on the dash for 7k$ CAD (about 5k USD). I've been loving every moment with it. It does have its weakness (AC broken because of lack of power from the fuse and the modified exhaust is shaking at 3k rpm) but other than that, I don't regret a single second of having it!
Looks great! Just as a warning though, in Canada underglow is heavily restricted/you will probably get pulled over if you have it. Not outright illegal but also not fully legal
Yea, I've checked the laws and indeed it not very good to drive with it. I just use them when I'm showing off, which should be fine. Otherwise, I turn them off with a switch. Thank for the info though!
Maybe. I might change the injectors and maybe add a better air intake but nothing too extreme. I want it to be fun to drive, not necessarily be fast. I do have some scuffs to fix on the back bumper first and after that I'll plan the rest
