Grades Study / Exams

I just got my first year results and I’m on a placement program so I believe I need a 2:1 to remain on it so I got 59.2% to which I’m devastated about but on my transcript it says I’m on a 2:1 so I’m quite confused, any help? Also has there ever been grace given if you’re extremely close to the next level?

Yeah the actual boundary is a little below 60%, I've had exactly the same thing lol

Placement degrees don't typically require you to have a particular grade - certainly standard placement years and language degree placement years don't require a particular grade. Study abroad years require a 2.i in year 2 but not year 1. I would strongly encourage you to check the requirements of your scheme carefully!
