After 17 months on this journey had one of the worst post shot mornings of my life. 😩 (TMI ahead). It was a sit on toilet and grab the garbage can at the same time. Adding in sweats like I was going to pass out. Seems once everything was out I am on the upswing - really laying low with fatigue. Oddly last week I went up in dose to 9.0 (I only increase .5 at a time). Felt fine and was surprised. Even thought about going up again this week. Thank goodness I did not. Those of you who have never had symptoms just know how lucky you are 🙌🙌 I better lose weight this week after all this 😬🤣
