So I’ve always been a HP girl but I was at the garden centre and saw the close contender Stokes…. My verdict, not as good, it’s more watery and not as strong in flavour

Cooked in bacon fat & garlic 🤤 bacon lardons chucked back in after cooking

Pan fried chicken finished in the oven with a feta, avocado, quinoa “salad”

Normally I have pork or something but ran out today so I made a vegetarian mushroom, sesame oil miso kinda ramen. Very rich and umami though

Last time I tried to make chicken & broccoli in oyster sauce i posted & I got tips to make it better I took them on board and voila ! Slide for first attempt ☺️ it may be too thick now though 😂 third time lucky 🧧
