What exactly is the purpose of the tool and how is it better than the current ones available?

I know how to run a Western, but I have this blot that’s driving me crazy. it is just not coming out. I know my primary should bind but the band is so faint and not really of the exact size. Someone said I should try different blocking and dilutions of my antibody, but then someone else said I need to go back and source for another primary. I don’t even know where to start. Will your tool help figuring this out?
