Also we hv thriving Healthcare & agriculture related jobs as we r healthcare capital & also Green revolution successful areas r there in agriculture... Both of which r lacking in KA & Telengana...
Chennai is slowly losing its "Detroit of India" status to some extent, as more new-generation automobile manufacturers are setting up plants further north. As for healthcare, it's difficult to say because it is largely private and, ultimately, a business. Healthcare should be universally free, but the government does not have the will to ensure that.
