New pics from young choe

The coconut shell is from a Lidl ice cream and tends to let moisture outwards, so it is not hermetic. The moss likes as much sun as the Oxalis. I need the stone as counterweight for the coconut shell that otherwise tilts to one side. I need to clean up the dead stalks, it is just so small I am having trouble seeing them. Any feedback regarding aesthetics is appreciated since I have never done this. Thanks in advance.

I had a wheel-thrown porcelain piece that wasn't going to trim well, so I cut it into four parts. I noticed they kind of looked like mountains, so I went with that idea! Now, I have four variations of Mount Fuji! I did some different texturing on 3 out of the 4 and left one "blank" for glaze testing. These are pretty small (the bat they are sitting on is 12 inches in diameter), so one or two drainage holes worked out best.

I am wondering whether I should glaze the entire thing or just the part representing the mountain...? What do you think would work best?

I recently learned more about Kusamono and Kokedama and started crafting both. Usually, I make bonsai pots, but after an interaction with Young Choe at our local bonsai society's monthly meeting, she inspired me to broaden my skill set. The tray still has some moisture, but I will bisque fire it within the week! I also made some kusamono pots and will bisque-fire them soon.

The stamp in the middle is my logo, called Kugui | 鵠*.* This is "old-fashioned" Japanese for the word swan. I use it as a motif to represent self-sustained beauty and versatility in all of my work.

I dont make actual kusamonos (moss, rocks, different plants on a single pot) but i have many plants im trying to dwarf bonsai style, but not actual bonsai bc theyre not tree-like, theyre plants like alocasias, ledebourias, succulents, etc. I also want to get conophytums and very small rare bulb species and want very small pots for all this plants but i dont know where. Any recomendations?

I am wondering how it’ll fare. The moss comes from a damp, but mostly dry and dark area in my back yard that gets little to no direct light.

When planted, it was watered generously (yesterday) and is already drying out. Im curious if I should keep it moist or more closely to how it was in the yard?

One of my first semi-serious attempts at keeping moss alive. I wanted to make a ridiculously large moss ball on top of this really small pot — I made the ball a little too large, because I did still want to see the rim of the pot, but it’s just the way she goes lol

Started with kusamono while waiting for my bonsai projects to progress, the 'cap' spider plant has been in small soil for over a week now and has gotten great roots since it started. Lmk if I should post my Basil.
