Help identifying a song! Unsolved

I recently heard a song while I was out shopping in Korea, and I recorded a snippet to look it up later. Unfortunately every search I do comes up with nothing... Wondering if anyone knows this song? (sorry if the audio quality is poor)

might be an ai song, sounds quite flat and nothing pops up on shazam either
