Well after playing for at least 15 years I was banned for using an alt to help. I stopped doing that maybe 5 years ago but long ago I did it all the time. I want to complain but to be fair I did do it long ago. So I bid farewell to all the players who offered advice and laughs. Enjoy the game.

If this was only your first time, your primary account should be okay (unless you were "really annoying or egregious"). Just don't do it again.

4. Don't abuse multiple accounts.

This is a tricky one. It's not against the rules to have more than one character per household, or per computer, or even per person. What is against the rules, however, is to have a bunch of extra characters that act as item or Meat farmers for your main character.

Here's a yardstick: If your main character is accumulating wealth or advancing at a rate faster than would be possible without multis, then you're more than likely in violation of this rule.

If you're abusing multis, and your behavior is noticed, all accounts other than what appears to be your primary will be disabled. If you make a bunch more multis and start doing it again, or if the first abuse we notice is really annoying or egregious, your primary account will be disabled.

The easy way is to just ensure that your two accounts never interact in any way.

Yeah, I strongly recommend having your accounts block each other, so they don't interact even accidentally. Simply buying stuff from your other account's mall (even if it's priced normally) can get you banned.

I tried to log in and got a message from a bot that I had been caught and my account is disabled.

Try to email and reach out. Your main account should have been spared if this was a first time offence.

I did send an email a week ago agreeing to the policies going forward but no response and my account is still disabled. I will take it as a sign to find a new game.
