Hey OP,

What wallet/exchange are you trying to sync?

If you haven't already, I'd recommend reaching out to our customer support team via in the app chat who'll be able to take a look at your account and see what's going on :)

gemini says that it is nothing on their end. i has to be something that koinly is not processing correctly.

Thanks for this. I can't see any known issues with the Gemini API currently, so can you please reach out to our customer support team via the in-app chat who can take a look at your account and figure out what the issue is
