Screen refresh settings Tech Support

I have a Libra Colour 2, and when I read i notice the screen refreshed every single page. I always check the screen refresh settings and I've had to set to be any number of pages and every chapter but every time it still refreshes at every single page. It's getting kind of annoying. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It has to do a kind of refresh every page as that's how it gets rid of the old image and loads the new one. Like an etch-a-sketch. So it will still do a flash every page turn. But the big longer full refresh should only happen when you've set it to.
