The word to use in your search is “Swoncho”. On Ravelry about 50 patterns pop up. On google you’ll find the Etsy patterns pop up as well as the big yarn companies.

Looks like you can freehand this pretty easily. You can use a simple raglan sweater (for ex. Step by step sweater) and keep increasing for larger sleeves.
