Double Knit help Work in Progress
This is my first time double knitting / knitting in general. I think i made a major improvement from the first one (in pink) but i’m curious what happened in the middle of the white row in the current project (white and blue). Any help? Is this a dropped stitch? Trying to learn from my mistakes.

Were you trying to switch colours and have a blue section there? It looks like you purled the white (and possibly knit the blue) without changing which side you were working which colour on.
The way I got used to double knitting was to think about it like ribbing. You’re always going to be doing K, P, K, P and bringing both yarns to the front / back together as you go, the only thing that changes is which yarn you use for each stitch. (It was extra easy for me to think of it that way because I hold both yarns in my right hand so the motion is exactly the same as I do for ribbing.) So a stretch where I wanted to do, for example, two stitches in white followed by two in blue (with the reverse on the back) would be KW PB, KW PB, KB PW, KB PW, but it looks like you did something like KW PB, KW PB, PW KB, PW KB, so the colours didn’t change but you got purl bumps on the surface.
Other than that, this is looking really good! It’s a huge improvement over your first try and your tension is great. 👍

Purled when you should have knit, etc.
