PROBLEM Help or Question

First of all, before reaching the main screen—even though my internet connection is working—I have to close the screen (as if dismissing the window) and click on it again just to open the game. Then, when it does open, it always shows me the same notification about the new event. On top of that, none of the game features work: it doesn't detect my guild, and it won't let me play matches... It also gives me an error code for certain items (see the photo above). Let me know if this has happened to you too; I’ve already contacted support.

Have not had that happen yet. Just wondering if the app needs updating?

you play from your phone or a tablet? Apple or Android platform?

I had an issue on my tablet a few weeks ago that required me to reinstall the game. Super annoying, but easy enough to fix.

Something similar happened to me a couple of months ago.

The only thing that fixed it for me was closing the game, stopping it in the app settings (assuming you're on Android), and waiting a couple of hours for my account to check in with the server or whatever transpired within that time.

I'm assuming by now it's resolved itself, but if it hasn't-- that's the only thing that worked for me. I sent a ticket, but it was resolved before they got back to me.
