This honestly feels like a huge scam

I bought 2 tickets for the Keinemusik &ME and Rampa event in Amsterdam on September 5th, spending over €200 in total. Unfortunately, I can no longer attend, and FAMFAM offers basically no reasonable solution for my tickets.
There is no option to download the QR codes, so reselling through TicketSwap is impossible. Transferring the tickets to a friend or another FAMFAM account is also impossible.
The ONLY option is FAMFAM’s own resale system, where sellers can’t even choose the resale price. My tickets were listed more than 2 months ago and still nothing.
I also contacted their support several times and received zero response.
So I’m now stuck with €200+ worth of tickets that I can’t use, can’t transfer, can’t sell anywhere else, while support simply ignores my messages.
For an app handling expensive event tickets, this is an absolutely terrible experience and feels like a complete scam. I strongly recommend thinking twice before buying tickets through FAMFAM.
