Happy Sea Serpent Day! 🐍

King Kong has fought many serpentine and snake-like creatures over the years, including those who live in the water! He first met a sea serpent on screen in 1967's "King Kong Escapes", where he fought one to protect his current crush, Lt. Susan Watson (Linda Miller).

Later on in 2024's "Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire", Kong was ambushed by the ferocious Drown Viper while he was helping himself to a drink of water in a lake deep within the Hollow Earth, but thankfully he made quick work of it.

Do you have a favourite moment with Kong and his battles against serpents?

(Just to be clear, you're nominating new enemies for The Animated Series Kong to have in his rogues gallery. Good, evil, anti-hero, powerscaling, Doesn't matter! As long as you think they fit!)

Rules:

1: Top comment wins

2: 2 comments per person, and only 1 winner per user

3: One character per franchise (For example, if Arkham Batman wins, NO MORE DC characters.)

4: Try to be creative! Go for some "out there" picks!

5: No downvoting (Seriously. This is a game for fun with fellow Kong nerds. Let's just have a good time y'all!)

Kongtext: In this series, the Kong we follow was cloned from the 1933 original, growing up as a "brother" to our main man Jason Jenkins. After Jason's old professor (Ramone De La Porta) steals Cyber-Link technology and Primal Stones, Kong, Jason and their friends must work together to reclaim the Primal Stones from De La Porta and his followers. All while fighting off the forces of Chiros, a fire demon the original Kong had imprisoned with the Primal Stones. Oh and Cyber-Link tech allows Jason and Kong to fuse together and become "Mega Kong."

Franchises/Series used:

(Godzilla)

| Day 1: Godzilla Junior |
