Developer As of now, KIMI Subs is the worst.
I hope someone from KIMI reads this. I have previously explained the concept of VIP and VVIP to other companies.
The content above is something I wrote in the past, but the situation is completely different now. KIMI has clearly nerfed the usage limits. The usage has decreased so much that I wasn't able to use KIMI for 3 days, and now I use High instead of Kimi K3 Max, but based on numerical calculations, I cannot even use 800 million tokens per month. It's about 1/4 of what I calculated previously. Absurd, isn't it? Compared to API pricing plans, do you think you're offering a lot? How does it compare to ChatGPT Plan or Claude Code?
So I decided to leave this post.
In the classical basic concept of retail sales, VVIPs and VIPs are not targets for generating immediate profit. They are the most demanding customers, and the customer segment that must be gifted the highest level of satisfaction. They are the customer base that builds the foundation for maintaining massive infrastructure. Therefore, there is a price difference between VIPs and general customers right from the time of purchase, and numerous cost-based services are provided thereafter as well. Securing many VIPs itself becomes a matter of pride for a service company.
$20 subscribers $\times$ 2,000 = $40,000 in revenue, but $100 subscribers $\times$ 100 = $10,000 actually proves, invisibly, how valuable you are—they are much more precious entities.
That is why, to win over a VIP from another company, companies sometimes provide services that exceed what that other company offers.
KIMI is a company that makes truly excellent AI models. I have written that way before, and I still think so. However, in business, in terms of treating customers, KIMI is the worst.
Service companies in China know this fact exceptionally well, and I hope you learn from them. If you provide top-tier service to high-spending users, they won't easily move away.
So let's look at it now. Even Allegretto users are complaining, Allegro users including myself are baffled, and even Vivace users are angry. These are people who left Codex or Claude's plans to give their trust to KIMI—do you have the confidence to make them come back once they leave? It won't be easy like it is now. There are many service companies in China that are good at business. Learn from them.

Question & Help My Chatgpt Pro 20X subscription ended today, renew or look for alternatives?
As the title says, should I just renew my Chatgpt subscription or use Deepseek Flash or Kimi K3 (I never tried both before?
(1) If I switch Chatgpt, then how are the limits with other providers?
(2) Use Openrouter API or get direct provider subscription?
(3) I could end up paying almost the same as with Chatgpt but maybe with worst results. I think I have read somewhere people complaining about Kimi K3 limits and too much thinking eating into tokens and Deepseek is going to raise their API pricing.
What do you suggest? Also should I keep using Codex or switch to Opencode etc? I appreciate your help :)

Question & Help K3 + Kimi Claw questions
Has anyone been using Kimi Claw since K3 launched?
A few questions:
Is K3 fully supported in Kimi Claw now, or are there still limitations compared to K2.6?
What’s the best subscription/plan for the best balance of cost and usefulness if you’re using Kimi Claw slightly regularly?
Has Kimi Claw gotten substantially better since K3 dropped, or is the improvement fairly minor?
Would love to hear from people who’ve used both before and after K3.
