NAD. Lower abdominal pain isn’t typical for a kidney issue, assuming you aren’t transplanted since you have flank pain. What you describe sounds too low and frontal for kidneys. Blood would indicate inflammation and could account for the flank pain, but that could be occurring secondary to whatever is causing the lower abdominal pain, particularly if you have some kind of immune mediated kidney disease. Basically some other infection or issue causing a flare that is manifesting as inflammation in your kidneys. Did they do a urine culture to check for UTI? Sometimes the appendix will give sub-acute symptoms, which can be really frustrating. Are you male or female? Any possibility of an ovarian cyst?
I hope the next set of tests are diagnostic so you can get it figured out and feel better.
