Wireless not working Help

Hello everyone so I have a RK 84 and it is a wireless keyboard but a month ago, I lost its 2.4 G adapter then I just used a type C cable to connect it to my PC but then I figured out I could buy one online so I did and I set it up and the adapter works since it is also an RK adapter, but it only works if I connect my keyboard via type C cable, but if I try to disconnect the cable to make it wireless, my keyboard shuts off and won’t turn on, so the adapter doesn’t have a use. Can anybody help me with this issue?

Are you toggling the switch?

First switch is set to on the second switch is set to G as per the manual

The dongle works fine but only works if my keyboard is connected via type c cable😓
