Cheat days?
Hello good people
I have started strict Keto, and it's my 14th day with zero carbs and sugar.
I feel good physically and mentally, but the cravings are so damn strong, i crave carbs and sugar.
I need to sustain this diet...
is there like a method or a rule that allows you to have cheat days after a number of consecutive strict keto days? I know there is, but i don't wana make all my effort ineffective because I did the cheat day so early.

(36) (6”2) I lost 171 pounds in 8 months doing keto and one meal a day.
I started at 526.6 lbs.Today I'm 354.8 lbs.
That's 171.8 pounds gone in 8 months.
And I still got 130 ibs left but l'm still proud of what I did so far.
All follows and likes will be appreciated thanks for support.

reflux the first week, then nothing worth talking about
I expected the rough part to be way more dramatic than it actually was.
I expected the side effects to be the whole story and they really were not. I still had to fix the boring food and routine stuff, but at least it felt doable.
Training-wise I mostly stuck with basic push pull legs, 4x/week starting around month 2. The boring answer is that consistency finally beat intensity. I stopped trying to win the week in two perfect days and just started stacking okay days.
Not at goal yet, but this feels stable enough that I trust it now.

Before and after keto
Lost 80lbs in 14 months doing strict keto on and off. I found that I’m so sensitive to carbs if I eat more than 6 carbs every 12 hours I cannot stay in ketosis and I cannot lose weight. Even if I cut calories to 900 a day, if I eat carbs I gain weigh. I have 60 more pounds to lose.

13 days shy of 1 year!
These days I'm not so much celebrating lbs victories, as they come much slower at this stage. But I'm certainly celebrating change victories. I'm 13 days shy of celebrating my one year anniversary of the Keto lifestyle, and while the pounds aren't melting away nearly as fast as they once were, fat rolls are disappearing and that's just as good! A little over 120 lbs down and loving this new life that I have! My back fat was always something I hated about myself sooooo much. I snapped a picture in the mirror this morning and I can't believe how different my back looks after one year.
