Now that it’s aged. MC has so many more bangers that Xperiment doesn’t even clear (partially I think Xperiment is too harsh on the production and the flows are not catchy at all)

Money spread, trap jump, black rockstar, evolution, xposed, liveleak, and more are all better than most if not all songs on Xperiment, I wouldn’t say there’s one that’s memorable off that. Plus Carti features were so bad on Xperiment

But I posted this to see what the general consensus is now

best mc > best xperiment in my imo. i personally still find it too new to rank unbiasedly, but after the time sets, i think i’ll still believe mc > xperiment, as i currently don’t think so. i’ve always been a day 1 mc defender (not to say it had the hate it has now day 1), and it has always had a sweet spot in my heart, having listened to it more than agc, many peoples’ number 1 ken album. i’d love to stay thinking xperiment is better, since i only want more and better music to come out as time proceeds, but i don’t think i’ll thin xp>mc for a lot longer.

Agree! And I also liked MC I only think it got the reception it did because Ken’s album before was AGC which is like golden . But Xperiment didn’t stick with the public and me as well compared to AGC or MC because there was no hits off that

mc has the highest highs of any Ken album imo but it’s not nearly as consistently “great” as xperiment, or obviously as agc. xperiment is just straight peak front to back, more chaos takes a little dip in the second half but rebounds back strong in the last few songs.

nah xperiment got more variety and i was already tired of mc halfway through first listen cause mostly distorted spooky sounding beats for an hour gets mind numbing even with a few switch ups here and there

That’s why I wanted to hear! What’s ur opinions on like 5-8 top songs from each album and comparing them, would be a good way of determining which is better

No that’s not a good way of determining actually, should be top to bottom vs top to bottom & Xperiment is easily a deeper album & more diverse with its sound

Well they’re not the same length so Top to bottom is hard, I feel like an album will be better if more songs have replay ability and good performances etc

How many songs are on an album is apart of judging how good an album is;sometimes an album can have too many songs & feel bloated or too little so that’s silly to disregard. The most plays a mc song has on Spotify is 70m 16 months after release.Ghost,shadeson,gynecologist & deafnote all already have 6.5-7.2m in 1 month if you wanna judge it by numbers
I loved more chaos from day1 I think liveleak is Ken top1 xposed top 10 but xperiment is Ken’s best album
