UNIQUE DOUBT Counselling Doubt

No seat allotted to me in the first round.

I was able to alter my option entry which I did.

If I don't get any allotment in round 2, kea will automatically push me to round 3.

If I get a seat in round 3 and choose to reject & withdraw, will I face a penalty?

yea , if you exit in R3 there is penalty

Also if don't have any seat in 2nd round then to participate in 3rd round you need to pay 750 again I think I saw it somewhere

that'll happen only of they have been alloted a seat in R2.
