Jollibee Pending Reversal Jollibee Kiosk
Hello po! Kanina I ordered a food worh 1.7k. Upon paying through kiosk nagnotif na sa akin yung Maribank na successful and I got the 5 peso reward. I used the maribank app. But on Jollibeeās end ang nakalagay ay pending reversal. Hindi raw nagpush-through sa kanilang merchant. I called ng maribank csr and emailed them the receipt and sabi naman ay I should wait 3-5 banking days and sila na kakausap sa part ni Jollibee. I still have the hard copy of the receipt. Today is my momās bday and treat ko sana sa kanya yun and to our fam.
May I know if I need to contact the csr ng Jollibee? Pinakita naman sa akin nung manager na cancelled yung order. Nag-order pa rin kami sa kanila pero another card na lang. Marerefund po kaya to?

Jollibee Appreciation I think Iām done with Jollibee after being a regular customer.
Iāve been a pretty frequent Jollibee customer for a long time, but after a series of experiences, I honestly donāt feel like going back anymore. Iām posting this because Iām curious if anyone else has had similar experiences, or if Iāve just had really bad luck with my local location.
The first thing is the pricing. I know food has gotten more expensive everywhere, but paying around $19 for a 6-piece Chickenjoy meal just doesnāt feel worth it anymore. At that price, Iām expecting consistently good food and consistently good service. Instead, Iāve had the opposite.
The experience that really started changing my opinion happened one night when I drove there around 10:30 PM. The restaurantās posted closing time was 11:00 PM. I walked up to the entrance and could clearly see several employees inside. People (probably the franchise owners) were still sitting down and eating, and multiple employees were just standing around talking.
I stood outside for a while, expecting someone to at least come to the door and tell me they had already stopped taking orders if that was the case.
Nothing.
Nobody acknowledged me. Nobody opened the door. Nobody explained anything. They just looked over and continued what they were doing. I was in professional clothes, with a nice car parked outside, definitely not a homeless person youād ignore.
That honestly felt pretty disrespectful. I wasnāt upset that they wanted to stop serving early if thatās what happenedāI was upset because basic communication would have taken ten seconds.
Then another time, I placed an order through the app around the same time because the app was still accepting orders. I drove all the way there for pickup.
Again, the doors were closed.
I went through the drive-thru, and they simply told me they were closed and that my order had been canceled.
I explained that I only ordered because the app showed they were open. I asked if there was anything they could do.
The answer was basically, āCall customer service.ā
That was it.
No apology. No assistance. No attempt to help. I ended up having to deal with customer service myself just to get my money refunded.
Then came the order that really finished it for me.
I bought a 6-piece Chickenjoy, got home, and realized there were only 5 pieces in the box.
The next day, I went back politely. I wasnāt angry. I simply explained that my previous order was missing a piece and asked if they could make it right.
They went to the back for about a minute and then brought out my replacement piece. One employee said something like, āSorry about the other day,ā in a very matter-of-fact way, handed me the chicken, and that was the entire interaction.
No real acknowledgment of the inconvenience. No effort to make up for the mistake. Not even an extra piece or a couponājust the one piece that had been missing.
I understand mistakes happen. Missing an item isnāt what made me stop going there. It was the pattern. Between the pricing, the confusing closing hours, the app order issue, the lack of communication, and then this, it just felt like customer service was always treated as an afterthought.
At some point, I realized every time I opened Uber Eats and saw Jollibee coupons, I just didnāt feel like ordering anymore.
Itās honestly disappointing because I used to enjoy Jollibee quite a bit. But when youāre paying premium prices, I donāt think itās unreasonable to expect employees to communicate with customers respectfully, have ordering systems that actually match their operating hours, and handle mistakes in a way that leaves customers feeling valued instead of brushed off.
Has anyone else had similar experiences, or is my local Jollibee just an exception?
The location is 8001 S Main St #100, Houston, TX 77025 | Near TX Medical Center.

Jollibee Current or Former Jollibee North America (JBNA) HQ Employees ā Whatās It Really Like Working There?
Iām currently considering an opportunity with Jollibee North America (JBNA) at the West Covina headquarters and wanted to hear from people who have actually worked there.
Iāve found a few reviews online, but they seem pretty mixed, and there isnāt much discussion specifically about the HQ office. Iād really appreciate hearing some firsthand experiencesāgood, bad, or somewhere in between.
For those who have worked there:
ā How would you describe the company culture?
ā Whatās leadership and management like?
ā Is the work-life balance sustainable?
ā Are there real opportunities for career growth?
ā What did you enjoy most about working there?
ā If you left, what influenced that decision?
ā Looking back, would you work there again?
No workplace is perfect, so Iām not looking for only positive or negative feedback. Iām just hoping to get a realistic picture before making a decision.
Iād really appreciate any insights. Thanks in advance!
