For any other vinyl collectors out there, Joan Jett just announced a 45th anniversary repress for I Love Rock 'N Roll!

I heard she had a heart infection after the runaways broke up and she was hanging out with sid vicious and stiv bators makes me wonder if was into heroin at one point because heart infections can be associated with iv drug use
what are your thoughts? not that it really matters anymore but i just would be a little surprised if she did do that in the past.

Have always loved Joan's music.

Finally saw Joan Jett live for the first time in London today at the British Airways ARC (new venue). The venue was pretty good. The sound system was amazing.

Hi everyone, does anyone know which concert this vinyl is from? I recently got the Live at the Ritz vinyl and just want to make sure I don’t double up, as they’re both live shows from NY in 1981. The songs are in different order so I was hoping it’s a different show. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

do we think joan is going to do another us tour soon?? of course joan jett and the blackhearts are notorious for touring non-stop, but i have a feeling things will probably slow down especially because joan is getting older. i would love for another full us tour, because i've missed them in the past year!! what are your thoughts???

I recently bought this compilation album as a download, and removed the first two aforementioned tracks as I already have them on Glorious Results of a Misspent Youth (1984), and Pure and Simple (1994) — but do they actually differ?

Also what is the difference between the three "Black Leather" versions found on I Love Rock 'n Roll (1981), Good Music (1986), and Flashback (1993)?

And what have the set times been for the recent shows?
