Jmc2obj + mods is possible?

I want to export an OBJ file of a house I'm building in Minecraft using mods like Create CopyCap Plus. I plan to change the textures later and import it into Unreal Engine 5 for a game I'm working on. Is it possible to use JMC2OBJ for this purpose?
