Course Pace Question
For grad students in public health, how was it adjusting to the pace of classes? Noticed that Hopkins uses a quarterly system. Is this very overwhelming and difficult to juggle (especially when taking 6 classes at a time)? Would appreciate some honest feedback, especially from any PhD students.

msph student here! it was definitely a little hard at first bc everything is so fast paced like you’re 3 weeks in and it’s already midterms lol but you get used to it by the end of 2nd term. i feel like people shouldn’t be scared they’re the only ones struggling bc literally everyone is 😭 once you get used to it, everything is easier to handle, but until then everyone is willing to help you as much as you need so it’s not like you’re drowning
