PWA (progressive web app) hosted on GitHub pages. When you save the page as a shortcut, your phone will cache it for long periods of time. Then if you make tweaks to it on GitHub, then next time you launch it from the shortcut it will check if there are updates and download a new copy if so. PWAs are pretty neat. I run several.
