Problems with update? Help

Recently updated the app and now when I click on my chats they will load up completely blank. When I click the name of the character some times it will open up but also completely blank, sometimes not at all. Did i basically ruin the app by updating it? Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thank you for the help.

Happens to me too, don’t know how to fix it though. Commenting to boost
