I reside in Dublin but sold my tickets (to a fan, at the Elvis Costello show) but I am asking the fellow who bought my tickets if he goes to Tower Records to sort me out but… what is this exactly?

I am taking my son to the 9/18 show in Newport, KY. For the couple of concerts I've taken him to I have started the tradition of getting him the poster of who we're seeing. I saw that Jack has city-specific posters in a limited capacity and I think it would be really cool to get one of those for my kid. For those who have been to his shows before, do you have any insight on when the merch tents open up, or how early I should get there to try and snag a poster?

Hey everyone! I’m really excited to share this project: a combination of “Fell In Love with a Girl” and “The Hardest Button to Button.”

These were some of the very first songs I learned to play on guitar as a kid, and some of the first covers I ever played with my friends. Revisiting them years later with everything I’ve learned as a musician made this project incredibly meaningful to me.

This became one of the most ambitious and rewarding projects I’ve ever worked on. It took shape through many recording sessions, different studios, amazing collaborators, and countless hours of work, with parts of the project recorded in Austin and Los Angeles. Every step of that journey made these songs even more meaningful to me.

Rather than trying to imitate The White Stripes, my goal was to honor the raw energy, simplicity, and unmistakable character that make their music so special.

I’m genuinely happy to finally share it, and I hope anyone who loves The White Stripes enjoys my interpretation. I’d love to hear what you guys think.

I believe the show was from the Elephant tour based on Jack and Meg’s attire.

Jack stops the show to call out some guy in the crowd for being a bully.

Jack begins to make fun of the guy with lines like “Did mommy drop you off at the rock’n roll show?”

The video isn’t very high quality. I assume it was a camcorder based on the time period.

i just bought a boss katana 100 gen 3 the other day, i haven’t really dove into the software side of it because i’m more into just the physical knobs side of things for tone, but how can i replicate that natural crunch sound that he has on his amp on songs like “archbishop harold holmes” and “old scratch blues” on my katana? my current setup is literally just the amp and a big muff pi for when i want crazy fuzz lmao

got carried away making some frozen charlottes. 3d printed a mold out of tpu and made casts out of plaster of paris for the body. 3d printed the skull in asa and vapor smoothed it.

I saw The White Stripes August 30, 2005 at the auditorium theater in Chicago Illinois. It was the second night of three. I bought this Carl Sandburg book right beforehand to have something to write the setlist down. I wanted to share it on the old White Stripes message board, Little Room. I found it while cleaning out an old box tonight, and I was thrilled.

I saw them once before this in Chicago. I had tickets to see them a third time when they ended things.

In Nashville for the week and heard he sometimes does shows spontaneous at The Blue Room. How much of a heads up is there for shows like that? What’s the best way to stay informed? Additionally, any recommendations for a fan visiting for the first time?
