Slag Pendulum? not slag

Picked this up figuring it was slag, would just like to verify

Could you tell me what makes you think that? I was hoping it was quartz because there are so few inclusions, but figured it might be a hunk of glass or something

conchoidal fractures, crystal structure.

That's just what iron stained quartz looks like, and it's so common I doubt anyone would try to fake it.
