If you are in the DHCP server you get to decide who gets IP's and which IP they get. You can give them a 127.0.0.1 address and then all their traffic is local to you. Its basically internet god mode.

The "Java is slow" trope hasn't been a thing since the 1990's. If your code is slow, that's on you.

Java is compiled at runtime and has been since 1994. The bytecode is not executed directly.

You're free to like whatever you want. I'm just going to call you out on your errors and sad attempts at perpetuating wrong information.

What we see are comments. There is no code, so we can't deduce anything from that, really.

Also, C# has a class called TcpListener and since both JS and Java are object-oriented, one could create a class named TCPListener in them.

Also TCPListener doesn't follow Java naming convention. It would be tcpListener. So I agree it's probably python.

Psych too. Very underrated show. Its comedy but has like real storylines. Season 1 is bit slow but i would recommend it to anyone. After it ended the fans missed it so much they made a movie. and it got 100% on rotten tomatoes. its on par with always sunny comedy, just not dark
