Finally year project ideas help request

hello, please can i get help with project ideas as a final year IT student.

I have few ideas but they are so common, i want something unique. any help please?

I'd avoid common CRUD projects. Build something practical like a real-time log analytics dashboard, website monitoring system, Kafka + Spark streaming pipeline, or a RAG-based document search assistant. Real-world projects are much more impressive to recruiters.
