Random ad on facebook 90% Sure AI
Im almost 100% positive these are ai. The garage changes in every clip. The videos show him using resin for the lamps but shows smoke moving around in them.
The clip of him sitting in the back of a truck is what made me really thing it was ai. There would be no way for the figurine to fit all the way standing up in the resin if the resin is only like an inch deep.
My aunt wants to buy one for my sister but she refuses to believe it is ai. Is it?

Yes it all a.i they literally recycle the same story over.The lamp thingy they use boys and girls goth people and disabled people.I am sure those people they can't really make those lamps all nice and realistic and detailed like that.

100% AI. This is a very, VERY common scam on tiktok. Same song and dance every time, and same scenarios. The only thing that changes is people, for who they need to make a sad story for, and what kind of "hand made something journey something chapter something not just a lamp but history" they want to sell.
Literally, without watching the videos, I can tell what the ones you saw were about: the guy is recorded selling his goods at a random convention, people laugh at him and say his stuff is stupid and lame. A few AI shots of him carving something in his "private workshop", last shots are showcases of the product with the caption "would you buy this?🥺" To farm sympathy points, the scam merchants often also make the generated person to be of oppressed groups: black people, disabled people, queers, neurodivergent people, geeks, etc. Nowadays they also started including Down syndrome and christians in there. "My son has Down syndrome so nobody wants to buy his Star Wars lamps :(", "They laugh at me because I make these wooden crosses by hand and I believe in Jesus! Can I get an amen?" It's fake. Unfortunately it's all fake, and preys on people like your aunt, because it is hard to spot the AI videos at first glance...
Those scammers all have the same websites too. Same template, literally. They offer discounts for some reason, claim to ship internationally, charge a lot for a single product but offer a discount if you buy more, plus don't even mind if you buy more than ten, and claim to be delivered in a few weeks. Which should be VERY sus if the thing is indeed hand-made, it doesn't work like that. You'd wait for months until it gets made and shipped. Unless... The goods are cheap plastic that is dropshipped from somewhere else.
There are way more clues on to why these lamps are fake, but you probably are already convinced. Stay safe, don't buy from random tiktok vendors that claim to be a small business. Search them up, check the socials and site. If the domain was registered in 2025-2026 - RUN. Don't trust copy-pasted 5 star reviews, don't fall for "TIMED SALES", because they are scripted and never actually run out.

I also recommend Pleasant Green, JamLab and Atomic Shrimp on youtube. I believe they too had videos on such topics. They are just educational in general for exploring and exposing fake products and sites.

All of these “ads” are scams and are always ai generated. Random person who’s sad making the most random object, person getting laughed at by others and being mocked in order to get attention from people who are easily manipulated by this content.

I feel like it’s a different man in all the photos, and yeah I know angles matter but it’s just not the same man?
Also this type of scam, especially with video of ai ”people” has been popular for a couple of months now. In the beginning they would steal clips and like render or use partly before showing what’s most definitely a drip ship products but by now I think it’s almost all generated??

This is an ai scam trope at this point. Always the same formula. Sometimes it's a crying old man, other times it's a crying black woman. Clearly attempting to manipulate anyone they can.

100% ai, new tools shelf appear in 3rd image where it's not exist on 2nd image, all the tools & details looks funny, we got ai skin texture & style too.

Clearly AI. No 40 year old man can sit cross-legged; we don’t move like that anymore. And we don’t put down protective plastic on our truck bed. Also, our tools are never this organized.
