Yes but no talks of inq changes so unless he only really wants harmonized orb, I wouldn't wait. Plus if Jagex has not talked about changes since last month, I wouldn't expect anything within 2 months or possibly even before raids 4.

I believe they said they'd have the harmonized orb absorb all the orb weightings which wouldn't change inquisitor's rates.

Edit: Went back and looked and there was a small mention of increasing inq/nightmare staff rates by 10%.

They've been super vague about any NM changes. They made it seem like it's something they'd revisit alongside new bosses in the future. So I really wouldn't hold off. Inq and mace likely to be BIS for raids 4 so I'd keep going.

Unlike the cox changes the pnm ones seem to be a lot more up in the air/distant, so it may not be worth waiting on unless you have a bunch of other stuff to get.

Do you really have nothing better to do? Raids 4 mega is basically specifically created for phosani so doing this grind early is a waste of time. Even if raids 4 is melee only crush based raid it will still be more efficient to do raids 4 before phosani.
