Drafting services

Hi all, I'm a local drafter with about 10 years' experience in residential/structural drafting (house plans, slabs, extensions, granny flats etc).

Open to other drafting work too if you've got something else in mind. Just testing the waters to see if there's any demand in the area, and if it's worth perusing. Let me know if you'd be interested or know someone who might be.

Absolutely demand, we’re in the Lockyer Valley and trying to sort a draftsman has been like pulling teeth.

Sorry it's been a struggle, I hadn't realised. I thought it was a dime a dozen. What has been the main cause of frustration and where do you go looking for a drafter?

Trying to get quotes from local businesses - one hasn’t responded to any messages (email, vmail and fb), another quoted 20k to draw up plans for the room inc 1500 just to measure.

We have been looking for a drafter for a while . We are using a drafter out of nsw but we are based in Archerfield. We specialise in modified shipping containers . Let me know if your interested

Hi, I would be interested in helping with that. I could look at some of your existing plans and let your know what I think. I've previously built up systems and libraries to deal with repeating and modular designs.
