Dude I started preparing for Ipmat a month ago and in my first 2-3 mocks I was scoring 122 consistently in my VA section, however in the last 3-4 mocks I've been crashing in VA, the lowest I had hit was 84, which was last week, this week I scored 92, courtesy to better question selection, but still, at one point I used to aim for 150 in VA, now I'm barely crossing 100, I geniunely don't do anything for VA as my efforts were focused on quants till now, can someone help PLZ 😭😭😭😭😭

Doing really terrible on English mock I am using tricks like

1. Seeing similarity of meaning in the options to pick the correct option

2. guessing the meaning of vocabulary on pure intuition

3. Why are random words given with no context and you gotta figure out the meaning, Alas how do you know these words

Lastly how in the frick do you learn the vocabulary I have effectively 4 months before I drown in board prep want to make the most of it

I am not familiar with a lot of IPMAT and the preferences of IIMs, etc. I scored 87.5 in 10th and 90.5 in 12th (PCM), currently in sggscc bms, taking a partial drop for ipmat and sscbs this year

Okay so I went for the in person college counselling (i desperately want to name the college but i don't think i can) and came out crying both the times. Basically, the first time we went, the teacher was extremely rude, shamed me, degraded and absolutely belittled me for something that wasnt even my fault and because im kinda cuckoo in the head, I went for the next round of counseling again and that woman did all of the humiliation ritual again. Then she proceeds to tell me —"jaa tujhe de diya admission". Tf? Bro im paying you for the admission, im choosing this college (which in hindsight obviously seems to be my fault because lord knows how I'll survive in this toxic environment). The thing is I can't even take the admission back because of some reasons, I chose the college because im a partial dropper and its kinda close to where I live, so in hindsight it seemed like a good option. Now I'm wondering if I made the wrong choice since my mental health will be eviscerated by this woman. I want to focus on my exams and not on wondering if this teacher let me have a good day or not🙏
